| England & Wales only: |
| Travel costs: mileage @ 40p per mile |
| Accommodation may be required for the night before when travel time to venue is greater than 3 hours and the training session commences at 9.30. |
| Scotland only: |
| Travel costs: airfare, UK mileage to airport/return plus airport parking. Travel costs to and from airport to venue & return. One nights accommodation where applicable. |
